It is my pleasure to be one of the newest members of the Building Products Plus team. My position here at Building Products Plus and American Pole and Timber has challenged me and given me the opportunity to share my bilingual skills. I perform clerical tasks the sales department to assist Sales Agents as they accurately and proficiently complete their customer quotes and orders.
I love spending time with my family, my dogs and being out in nature.

I chose a career in the construction industry because of the longer term relationships that are developed. I enjoy selling and take great pride in being invaluable to my clients, providing them the highest quality products, on-time, and within their budgets.
I earned my BBA at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas while working my way through school. During that time i began to learn the art of sales and all that entails. I understand that price may win the first sale, but it's competence, service and access to a great range of cost effective products that keeps our customers coming back.
I grew up on a cattle ranch in Baytown, Texas so I know the meaning of hard work and the importance of having the right tools and people around you. In my time off, you will find me with family and friends enjoying the great outdoors fishing, hunting, and grilling.
I have been a Project Consultant at American Pole & Timber since 2000.
My career in sales started in 1980 at a large paint company, where I spent 10 years in various roles, including management, supporting inside and outside sales for commercial and industrial customers. I also have 10 years of experience in commercial and industrial sales at a hardware and lumber company that catered to the Port of Houston at the time.
In June 2000, I came to American Pole & Timber where I began learning about and supporting their entire customer base, including commercial, industrial, farm & ranch, residential, and retail.

After several years in the mortgage & bankruptcy field I decided to branch out into the lumber industry.

My name is Courtenay Siegrist, and I am a member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2018. I graduated Texas A&M in December with a degree in Supply Chain Management, and really enjoy Purchasing. At American Pole & Timber, I communicate with suppliers, and see through the material acquisition process to ensure our customers get their orders. In my free time I enjoy staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
I joined Building Products Plus July 2020. I spent 10 years of my professional career in Finance/Financial Services for government and multinational corporations. Much of my finance experience in building relationships with customers/companies and project planning, transferred well into the sales industry. I began my sales career in 2018 developing new business/leads for a Tech Solutions provider. That experience and journey has landed me here at B.P.P. as a Project Consultant.
Originally from Lexington, KY, where I attended the University of Kentucky for Agricultural Economics. Away from work, I enjoy time with my wife and son, music engineering/production, golfing, and traveling.
I started driving for Building Products Transport at the beginning of 2017 because it seemed like a great team to be a part of and I have loved the decision ever since. Being able to end the day with a sense of accomplishment is what driving a truck is all about for me. Knowing my customers have all their material they need to get their job done is truly rewarding.
The make up my prior experiences has lead me to the truck driving profession. I worked at restaurants growing up to where customer interaction became second nature, the waste industry where I learned to operate numerous pieces of equipment, and my military service taught me what it means to work as part of a team. I served time in the United States Air Force where I was a part of the Air Mobility Command Squadron and introduced to logistics on a global scale.
Family is a huge part of my life, so when I’m not driving trucks I enjoy spending time with them at cookouts, playing tennis and soccer, and just getting in some good quality time.
I began my truck driving career in 2005 APT at their Bay City Location. In addition to driving at that location, I handled inventory management and performed various duties in the yard. When APT moved to its current location, I continued working as a driver for the company, and I still make the commute from Bay City to Houston every day. My hobbies include carpentry, exercising, and hanging out with family and friends.
I am the President and co-founder of our group of companies, helping drive the vision and mission of this growing business. Here we believe that each member of the team is unique and talented. We turn the raw material of the forest into structural timber components of almost unlimited variety. This has been a very fulfilling vocation for me the last 30 years, and I have been blessed to work in an industry that still relies heavily on the strength of personal relationships.
My degree is in agribusiness from Stephen F Austin State University where I met my lovely wife Kathy. We have been married 27 years and have 2 beautiful daughters, Danielle and Elena. Much of my spare time is spent serving in various capacities at FPC Houston. I also enjoy sailing and skiing.
I work on projects of all sizes and complexities and specialize in the proper use and specification of wood products and other extended-life building materials. In 21 years with the company I have played a role in projects all around the world supporting contractors, engineers, and Architects to save owners money on their projects.
I am a proud “Fightin’ Texas Aggie,” Class of 92. I have been with American Pole & Timber / American Pole & Timber since the very early days.
Outside of work I am a father first as well as a conservationist who enjoys bow hunting, fishing, and most any activity that gets me outside.
I am a senior driver for Building Products Transport and an active member of the BPP family since 2004. My tractor trailer experience dates back over 30 years that involved pulling doubles between Dallas and Houston.
I participate in various aspects within the company such as delivering freight, interaction with contractors and vendors, and the training of new drivers. One of my favorite things about driving for BPT is seeing the end result of the projects built with the materials that we delivered.
I was born in Chicago but I grew up in Louisiana where most of my family still resides today. My trucking career started back in 2000 and I got most of my experience in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I began working at Building Products Transport at the beginning of 2016 and being with this company has taught me so much over the past few years and it has been a great honor to drive for a company such as this. My outgoing and talkative personality have led me to great relationships with my peers, our customers, and with vendors.
Any chance I get I like to spend time with my family and son since I handle most of the over-the-road driving for the company and can be gone days at a time. I also enjoy getting together for a cookout, going dancing, and working out
I am the lead driver for American Pole & Timber. Along with normal freight movement, I take on tasks that are not typical of a company driver. I assist with the purchase of various equipment, seek out new clients and help with oversized load movement.
Since I joined APT in 2003, I have done many different jobs within the company. I have been the lead driver for five years. The daily interactions with our clients and vendors is something that makes my job enjoyable. The task of training new drivers and helping with other APT growth projects is also very rewarding, but I will say my career passion is in driving.
I grew up in a small farming community south of Houston Texas called Iowa Colony. I married my wife Jana in 2003 and we have two girls, Jenna and Jordyn. I enjoy traveling, hiking, metal working, and playing with the kids.
The mill team and I ensure your custom milled products are of the utmost quality. I work with the sales team in finding solutions to your projects and establishing a realistic time line and most economical cost. I stay in constant communication with the sales team updating them on the progress of orders, and any issues that may arise. I ensure our mill staff is trained and works safely.
I served in the US Army as a medic. I have a BS in Business Management. I have worked in custom manufacturing for over 19 years from concrete products to rebar to now lumber, and in purchasing construction supplies and materials.
Hobbies include graphic design, cars, cooking, hiking, and DIY projects around the house. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our kids, and now our grandkids! Family is always #1 with me!
I am the Yard Superintendent and I have been with American Pole & Timber for the past 5 years. I have over 15 years of experience within the wood industry. My job entails monitoring all inbound and outbound loads, supervising yard operations, and overseeing quality control procedures.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my children, friends, and family.
My truck driving career started in 1998 as an owner operator going over the road throughout the United States. I began working at Building Products Transport in the beginning of 2019 and I enjoy working for this company because of the family atmosphere.
When I’m not driving trucks, my passion is riding my motorcycle and spending time with family.
As the Logistic Manager, I direct and coordinate logistics, transportation and customer service activities.
I am a 2011 graduate of Oklahoma State University, with a BS in Aerospace Administration and Operations. I joined APT in 2014 because it was a place where I apply my knowledge of transportation and logistics and see the benefits of my work in real-time.
I like to spend my spare time with my family and friends, bowfishing, going to the lake, and traveling.
I am a Senior Project Consultant at American Pole & Timber. My passion is leading a client through their project from start to finish, making certain every detail is satisfied.
My background is in the retail construction industry with major emphasis in sales and customer satisfaction. When I am not coaching you through your project I enjoy spending time with my family traveling, fishing and playing golf.
As Vice President of Operations, I direct the procurement and management of all materials, enhance vendor relations, and assist our customers and our team by continuing to source innovative new products. Additionally, as a member of our Management Team, I handle budgeting and financial reporting and assist in orchestrating our administrative department.
I am a graduate of Northern Illinois University, with a BS in Finance. My family and I escaped to warmer climates from Chicago in 2013 to be closer to other family members and to start exciting new careers. I joined BPP in November 2013 after having spent 30+ years in management and purchasing within the lumber and building materials industry.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, hunting, ranching, exploring Texas, and my annual trips to VEGAS!
I am originally from the Buckeye State (Ohio) and am an alumni of the University of Toledo. Before coming to American Pole & Timber, I spent 8 years honing my project management and customer service skills working with complex projects to find the most cost effective and timely solutions for my customers. My customers find that I am happy to go the extra mile for them and develop our relationship by being an advocate for them within the American Pole & Timber and American Pole & Timber family of companies.
When I'm not in the office, I am actively involved in various sports and outdoor activities.
I help the executive team identify, design, and implement improvements across the company. At this time, I am focused on improved programs and processes for customer development and accelerated revenue generation. Other APT projects include improved client and inter-departmental communication, team development training, and production management controls.
With over 40 years of business management experience, including corporate turnarounds in various industries, I have worked on five continents and in many industries. I also rely heavily on advanced degrees in psychology and organizational change management to help implement program improvements. I migrated from the Caribbean 30 years ago and my wife and I raised our family in beautiful Southern California.
I enjoy oil painting, music, writing, and playing exhaustively with my grandchildren. Problem solving also provides me with significant satisfaction.
I am the Operations Coordinator for American Pole & Timber. Using advanced project management software and my excellent management skills, I help make sure your orders are on time. And, I do it pleasantly and efficiently.
I have been with our company for over a decade adding my extensive experience in production, shipping and receiving, purchasing, and project management to the team.
After helping our clients, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, fishing, and building stuff around the house.

As the Inside Sales Support, I coordinate with the sales professionals to manage projects. I enjoy helping and talking to customers.

I joined Building Products Plus in February of 2021. My previous experience is in the real estate industry. As a realtor I learned the importance of building and maintaining relationships. I love to connect and build partnerships with customers and to help their needs be met.
I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s in Sports Management. In my spare time I love to watch and coach baseball. Traveling is also a passion of mine. I am always eager to meet new people and to experience new places.
Graduate of Texas A&M University - Kingsville who is dedicated to finding solutions for my clients. As lead project consultant for The Valley (originally from La Feria), I bring a strong work ethic and focus on customer care that will aid in the expansion of BPP into South Texas. Coming from The Valley I've seen first hand the growth in the area and look forward to growing alongside it by assisting on all marine and residential projects in the area.

I joined the Building Products Plus family in early 2021. My previous business experience is in the HVAC industry. As a sales specialist, I take pride in the relationships I build with my clients and the ability to meet their demands at a high level. I love seeing my customers projects turn into successful finished products.
I graduated from Stephen F. Austin state university where I studied business management and competed in Track and Field. In my spare time, I love hunting and fishing with my beautiful wife, sports, building small projects in my garage, and anything else outdoors.
I am originally from the Outer Banks of North Carolina but through the years I have been able to travel and live all over the east coast from NYC down to Key West. Throughout this time I have worn many different hats which have given me various skills I plan to put to great use in this industry. Since landing here in Texas I have found the most rewarding job of all being a father to my young son. Whenever I'm not at work I love being with family out in the woods camping and hiking or close to the beach.
As the Marketing Manager, I develop and implement our marketing strategies and tactics as well as guide the day to day marketing and sales support activities.
I've been working with American Pole & Timber since 2001, after graduating from Texas A&M. During my time here, I've taken on various roles in sales, operations, and marketing. I earned an MBA with a focus on operations at the University of Houston along the way and have contributed articles to a few construction and marketing industry publications.
In my spare time, I spend time with my wife, play with my kids, ride a mountain bike every now and then, and build things with wood.
